I'm a personal trainer with over a decade of experience, dedicated to helping individuals achieve their fitness goals and live healthier lives.
My journey into fitness began at a young age. As a teenager, I often felt a bit self-conscious about my physique. I was determined to put on muscle and transform my body. I truly enjoyed exercise and “the process”, but never did I think to pursue personal training as a path until my mom (thanks mom!) encouraged me to follow my passion.
In 2013, I began my journey at the National Personal Training Institute, driven by a desire to pursue a more comprehensive personal training education beyond a standard certification. I prioritized a hands-on learning approach, accumulating over 500 hours of practical experience. I believe that continuing education is crucial in the fitness industry, which is why I've also obtained certification as a nutrition coach through Precision Nutrition. With this foundation, I am continuously seeking more advanced certifications to enhance my knowledge and skills.
However, my path hasn’t always been straightforward. I was diagnosed with Crohn's disease in my early 20’s, along with experiencing severe back and knee injuries in my 30’s, which have presented unique challenges in both my personal and professional life. Living with a chronic illness and dealing with physical injuries has taught me to listen to my body and adapt my training methods, allowing me to develop a more empathetic and tailored approach to fitness.
I believe in the power of movement and the importance of mindset, and I strive to inspire my clients to push through their obstacles, just as I have learned to do. My mission as a trainer is to empower others to embrace their own journeys, creating a supportive community that fosters growth and resilience.

How it all started
I began my journey in commercial gyms in 2013, gaining valuable experience as a personal trainer. When the COVID pandemic struck in 2020, I recognized the need for a safe and dedicated space for individuals to continue their fitness journeys. This inspired me to open my own small personal training studio, focused on prioritizing health and safety. After the pandemic, I expanded to a new location and rebranded my business, fostering a supportive and tight knit community where individuals of all fitness levels can pursue vitality for a lifetime.
